Delivery Information

All orders ship via USPS. Tracking info will be provided where applicable. 

All orders can be picked up at our location(s) for free. 

THERE MAY BE PROCESSING TIMES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ORDER! Live animals can need time to prepare for shipment. Weather - ESPECIALLY heat may cause delays with shipping as well. We do our best to get orders out as fast as possible, but we will ALWAYS prioritize safety. 

If you need your order faster, please contact us and we can try to work with you. 

In the event of a DoA animal/plant or a broken/defective product, please fill out the return form on our website and attach pictures within 2 hours of receipt. The DoA form must be completed within 2 hours of the delivery time on the tracking information for a DoA to be accepted.

All products ship safely and securely, but in the event of damage due to shipping, please fill out the DoA form on our website.

We prepare our animals for shipping, and this allows time for the animals to be acclimated. 

Shipping is 100% NON REFUNDABLE ONCE USED - WE WILL ONLY REFUND OR REPLACE YOUR LIVESTOCK/ITEMS PER OUR DOA POLICY.

We can offer store credit and other options to rectify shipping expenses, but USPS will not refund a used shipping label. DOA's are EXTREMELY rare in our shipments and we pride ourselves in that. When DOAs do happen, we will make it right! We stand behind our products! We can replace them, try alternate shipping methods, and work with you! We're very flexible. Please talk with us if there are any problems and we will rectify the situation - but USPS labels once used are final. Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery if there are any problems!

Monday, Tuesday, and WednesdayWe ship all order types - live animals, plants, and supplies/dry goods. Typically the same day we receive the order.
ThursdayWe stop shipping most animals and some plants to some destinations(depending on the speed of the service selected) until the following Monday to ensure safe arrival of the animals/plants. Most animal shipments are done with overnight that go out on Thursday. All dry goods/products go out as normal.
FridayWe do not ship any animals, except with overnight services until the following Monday for the safety of the animals. We will ship some plant orders, and some will wait until the following Monday, depending on the destination and speed selected. We will still ship all dry goods/products.
SaturdayWe do not ship any animals, and only the most hardy plants due to the weekend post office delays. We still ship all goods.
SundayMost shipping services are closed - NO shipping. Dry goods will be packaged for dispatch first thing Monday.
